Construction projects lose billions every year to rework — the simple, catastrophic result of building something that doesn't match the design. A beam in the wrong place. A pipe that clashes with a duct. A wall 8 centimeters off.
DeltaARBIM exists to make those errors visible before they become concrete. Our platform puts a live 3D BIM model — every wall, every pipe, every structural layer — directly over the physical site through your device's camera. If it's wrong, you'll see it before a single dollar is wasted.

DeltaARBIM didn't begin in a startup garage. It began inside large-scale construction technology teams, watching the same problems repeat project after project. Here's how we got here.
Our founding team began careers in enterprise software and construction technology — working on large-scale platform architecture for Tier-1 construction companies across India and internationally.
FOUNDATIONAfter years of building software for construction clients, the pattern became clear — BIM models existed in laptops while workers built from printed drawings. The gap between design and site was costing everyone.
INSIGHTAfter 10+ years in corporate tech, the team founded Shivlam — a focused product studio built around one idea: technology should solve real problems for real workers, not just look good in demos.
COMPANY FOUNDEDThe first working prototype of DeltaARBIM demonstrated live BIM overlay on a real construction floor using LiDAR-anchored spatial tracking. The results validated everything the team had suspected for years.
PRODUCT BIRTHDeltaARBIM is in active development with early access partners from the construction and MEP contracting space. We're building toward a public launch that brings enterprise-grade BIM AR to every job site in Bharat and beyond.
