We build apps that help Singapore's construction industry solve engineering problems with custom software and spatial computing
- Site inspection, progress and field-data apps
- AR, LiDAR, IFC and BIM apps
- For builders, BIM consultancies, EPC and PMC firms and facility managers
- From proof of concept to the App Store
What we build
Our own products are the examples. Each one solves a real engineering problem on site.
See errors before they're built. Load an IFC model on an iPhone or iPad and see it standing on the real build, with no markers and no internet. Live on construction sites in India, including a hospital.

Quantities straight from the model. A BIM-first construction ERP. Quantities from BIM and CAD files flow into a priced bill of quantities, then into scheduling, procurement, site and quality.

Built for how Singapore builds
Custom construction software
apps and platforms built around how your team works, for example site inspections, progress reporting, field data and dashboards.
CORENET X and IFC+SG
From 1 October 2026, submissions through CORENET X are mandatory for new projects of 5,000 m² GFA and above, with BIM models in IFC+SG format. Smaller projects can continue on CORENET 2.0.
AR BIM on site
compare the approved model with what's built, without markers or internet.
Productivity
fewer site re-measurements and clearer handover, in line with BCA's push for digital delivery.

FAQ
Questions
What Singapore companies ask before working with us.
Can you build a product under our own brand?
Yes. We design, build and look after an app or platform that carries your name, your logo and your app store listing, so you can sell it to your clients as your own. Ownership and terms are agreed in the proposal.
Can we buy one of your ready apps?
Yes. DeltaARBIM, DeltaTapeless and DeltaRoomCraft are available to buy or license for your company, or under your brand for your clients, with setup and support. Tell us which one and for how many users or sites, and we will send the options.
Are you open to a product partnership?
Yes. If you know the market and the customers, and we can build the product, we build it together: you bring the domain and the sales, we bring the engineering. The model is agreed per partnership, for example a revenue share, a licence or a fixed fee.
What does a partnership look like for both sides?
Whatever grows both businesses. You can resell our products in your market, refer projects to us, or build a product with us from the first proof of concept. We start small, show results, and grow the arrangement as it works for both sides.
Tell us what you're building
Three quick taps and a way to reach you. Only your name and an email or phone number are needed.
