What is 3D reconstruction and what do we get?

We capture a real site and turn it into an accurate 3D model. You get BIM-ready geometry and as-built records you can measure and build on, exported to IFC, Revit, Navisworks, or DXF.

What is gaussian splatting, and when do you use it instead of photogrammetry?

Both turn photos or scans into 3D. Photogrammetry gives a clean textured mesh suited to measurement and BIM. Gaussian splatting gives a highly realistic visual scene, useful for review and presentation. We pick the method, or combine them, based on what you need the model for.

How accurate are your 3D models?

It depends on the capture method and site. LiDAR capture on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro delivers millimeter-class geometry for the areas that matter. We agree the accuracy target with you before capture.

What formats do you export?

IFC, Autodesk Revit (RVT), Navisworks (NWD), plus 2D outputs like DXF and PDF for floor plans. Tell us your downstream tools and we match them.

Can you capture from drone footage or only ground scans?

Both. We work from ground LiDAR and photogrammetry, and from drone footage for larger or hard-to-reach sites, then combine sources into one model.

Do we own the models and data?

Yes. The captures, models, and deliverables are yours to keep and reuse.
