ANDROID · KOTLIN · GOOGLE PLAY

Android app development.

We build native Android apps in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, tested across the range of devices your users actually own, and take them through Google Play review. AR with ARCore is part of the same team's work. You work directly with the engineers building your product. No account managers, no hand-offs.

What we build

Native Android, built for real devices.

New Android apps

Native apps in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, following Material Design so they feel at home on Android.

AR with ARCore

Plane detection, anchors and depth for games, measurement and product visualisation.

Camera, sensors and offline

Camera pipelines, location and Bluetooth, with local storage so the app works without a signal.

Backends and integrations

APIs, payments, maps and push notifications, connected to the systems you already run.

Device coverage

Tested across screen sizes and Android versions, with performance checked on low-end phones.

Support after launch

Android updates, crash fixes and new features once the app is in users' hands.

Selected work

Android apps in Google Play.

Android builds we have shipped for clients, including AR games on ARCore.

DeliverEnd

An on-demand delivery platform: the customer app, plus a driver app that pays out as soon as a delivery is done.

App Store

Android · ARCore · Unity

AR Sports

An AR sports game that turns a real floor or table into the pitch, with plane detection and ball physics.

How we work

Four steps, and you own the result.

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree what the first release does, how success is measured, and what it costs, before any code.

  2. 02

    Design and prototype

Clickable screens in Figma, tested with real users where we can, so changes are cheap.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Short sprints with a build you can install every week. Crash reporting and analytics go in from day one.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

Store listing, review submission and release. The code, accounts and documentation are yours.

FAQ

What founders ask before starting an Android build.

What do you build Android apps with?

Kotlin and Jetpack Compose natively, or Flutter when the same product needs to run on iOS too. We pick based on what the app has to do.

How do you handle the range of Android devices?

By agreeing a support matrix with you early (which OS versions and screen sizes matter for your users) and testing against it, rather than claiming every device works.

Can you publish to Google Play for us?

Yes, including store listing, data safety declarations and staged rollout.

Can you take over an existing Android app?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and build setup, then tell you what is worth keeping and what is cheaper to replace.

Do you build the backend too?

Yes. Most apps need one, and we build APIs in Laravel or Node so the app and the server are designed together.

What about ARCore features?

Supported. Handheld AR on Android is part of our spatial computing practice, subject to the device capabilities your users actually have.

Tell us what you want to build.

A short brief is enough. We will come back with scope, timeline and a real estimate.
